Job Description

The Learning Experience is seeking qualified individuals for Infant / Toddler or Preschool age Teachers. We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our team. We are looking for teachers committed to helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive and providing the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.

Expected Hours Per Week: 35 - 40 hours

• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center s success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Have 12 ECE units, possess the Infant/Toddler Dev & Care units preferred.

• Ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds to support children and various needs in classroom.
• Ability to bend and squat to interact with children.

• Pediatric CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Mandated Reporter certification (Preferred)
