Intervention Coordinator

The Intervention Coordinator is responsible for developing intervention resources for parents, teachers and Teacher Aides to support the unique needs of students. Education and/or

Experience:

Hold a valid Clear California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Have a minimum of three years of full-time, certificated teaching experience and experience as a mentor or coach. Be detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals of various backgrounds both within and outside the school community.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships, collaborate effectively with others, and handle confidential information responsibly. Have proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn Canvas to support department staff across multiple locations. Be knowledgeable in a variety of Reading and Math interventions and curricula, including EnVision Math. Strong understanding of the TK-8 Math preferred.

Have experience in using data-driven approaches to solve problems. Be capable of leading training sessions for both small and large groups of teachers.

The Intervention Coordinator will develop tools, resources and training to support intervention across all Springs programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborating, creating & facilitating trainings to support intervention, strategies, and scaffolding instruction in grades TK- 8th grade with a whole child focus.
