• Improve, monitor, and maintain customer quality performance ratings.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance and defect data to drive continuous improvements.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for quality‑related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Lead structured root cause analysis and problem resolution with all cross functions.
• Conduct process, product, and system audits.
• Evaluate and disposition nonconforming product, RMAs & verify closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Perform AS9102 First Article Inspections.
• Prepare and report daily, weekly, and monthly quality metrics.
• Track corrective actions and improvement initiatives through full implementation and control phases.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of professional quality experience
• Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel and Minitab.

• Aerospace or aircraft parts manufacturing
• Optics manufacturing background
• Lean and Continuous Improvement skills / 6 Sigma background

For California, the salary range for this position is $80,630 - $137,808 per year. Please note this range is provided as a general guideline.
