• Front desk duties: billing, emails, and check‑ins
• Ensure the gym is organized; re‑rack weights; oversee the recovery room
• Keep merchandise clean and ready for display
• Meet individual sales goals set by the merchandise supervisor
• Greet and assist customers; advise on product utilization and care

• Warmly greet guests and members and promptly assist them
• Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond effectively to member questions and requests
• Maintain the maintenance log, fitness profiles, telephone inquiries, and group fitness reservations
• Keep front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times
