Responsibilities

The Person al Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by adhering to our Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. Key duties include:

• Acquiring new and expanding existing relationships with clients by asking questions to identify needs, offering appropriate products and services, and referring the client to the appropriate business partners within the Bank.
• Uncovering and originating consumer lending opportunities and providing excellent client service through immediate acknowledgement, identification, and offering of suitable products.
• Engaging clients and prospects in financial reviews—both personal and business—to provide solutions and uncover additional financial needs.
• Making recommendations and following through on commitments to clients, maintaining direct contact with external and internal clients, and providing proactive solutions aligned with the bank’s Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Opening Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients and acting as a resource to Client Service Specialists by contributing to the team environment and filling in on teller functions, including cash transactions, when needed.
• Supporting the branch goal of identifying and referring a wide range of bank products and services to the appropriate internal business partners and resolving client issues and requests with strong follow‑through.

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• One year of teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered.
• Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Proficiency in expanding the client relationship with a focus on creating new relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a personal and business bio and rapport with customers.
• Preferred:
  Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) license.

Pay Range: $18 to $27 per hour.
Performance‑based incentive compensation may apply. Specific details will be provided during the recruitment process.
