Lead Radiation Therapist / Senior Radiation Therapist (RTT) – 1 hour north of San Diego
Leadership-focused Radiation Therapist position combines advanced clinical expertise with mentorship, ensuring every patient receives precise, compassionate radiation therapy in a high-quality oncology setting.

- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy program
- Minimum 5 years actively practicing as an RTT
- ARRT certification required
- CA radiation therapy license required
- Provide clinical instruction to new therapists and students
- Accurately deliver and document radiation therapy treatments as prescribed
- Interpret computerized treatment plans and perform simple MU calculations
- Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters in the EMR
- Fabricate custom molds and cut blocks as applicable
- Support scheduling and ensure accurate billing submission
