Inventory & Operations Manager

Grip Clean is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Manager to help manage inventory, purchasing, order processing, invoicing, and day-to-day business operations.

Inventory management and forecasting will be the #1 priority of this position. We need someone who can stay ahead of stock levels, monitor product and material needs, and help make sure we have the right inventory available at the right time.

• Inventory Management & Forecasting — Monitor finished goods and raw materials, maintain accurate inventory levels, forecast future needs, and help prevent stockouts.
• Purchasing & Vendors — Place purchase orders, source materials, coordinate deliveries, communicate with suppliers, and help manage vendor relationships.
• Order Processing — Enter and manage customer and retail orders, including EDI purchase orders.
• Invoicing & Quick Books — Enter POs, create customer invoices, process vendor bills, and maintain accurate records.
• Customer & Order Support — Help resolve shipping, order, invoice, or customer issues as needed.
• General Operations — Assist with office, facility, and operational tasks that help keep the business running smoothly.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory management, purchasing, operations, or supply chain.
• Comfortable working with Quick Books and spreadsheets.
• Able to manage multiple orders, vendors, and priorities at the same time.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a small-business environment.

Experience with
Quick Books, EDI, Ship Station, Shopify, Amazon, or inventory-management systems is a plus.

• $20–$25/hour
  , depending on experience.
