Position: Finishing Operator  (ID #526314)
Partners Personnel -  - Responsibilities:
Prepare metal components for chemical dipping by performing paint stripping, bead blasting, tumbling, and staining;
Hang metal parts securely on hooks to facilitate efficient and safe chemical dipping;
Assist team members with tank dipping processes, including relaying parts into tanks, removing darkened or finished parts, and supporting the drying and waxing of completed items;
Conduct routine maintenance such as changing rinse water, replenishing water levels, and cleaning tanks to ensure optimal operation;
Apply knowledge of Scotch Brite techniques and finishes to achieve desired textures and appearances;
Determine and apply appropriate finishes, including glossy and matte lacquers, based on project specifications
