Responsibilities
Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s). Clinical Supervisors will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the SWHS Core Values and the hospital's mission statement.
They act as a resource and leader in the assigned unit(s), demonstrating critical thinking in the management of patient care and patient flow, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
LocationSouthwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital, Murrieta, California – a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital offering specialized pediatric and OB/ED services.

Job Requirements
- Two (2) years of recent department-specific experience required, charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
- Completed an accredited Registered Nursing Program; BSN preferred.
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; NIH Stroke Certification; TNCC (within 6 months of hire, IVMC ICU only).
- CCRN (ICU) or PCCN (PCU) strongly encouraged.
- Twelve‑Lead EKG class within 6 months of accepting the position preferred.
