Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California is a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital. It offers the region’s only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under), staffed by board‑certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians. The hospital also provides the area’s only OB/Emergency Department program, the largest Childbirth Center with private suites, and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit operated by Rady Children’s.
Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor. Reporting to the Director/Manager, Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborating on comprehensive care based on patient and family needs, conducting assessments, treatment and care on assigned unit(s), practicing in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies, and consistently demonstrating behaviors that model the hospital’s core values and mission statement. Supervisors act as a resource and leader, demonstrate critical thinking in managing patient care and patient flow, and possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required.
Charge nurse, supervisory experience in department preferred.
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program. BSN preferred.
Required Licensure / Certifications- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- BLS (AHA) Certification.
- ACLS (AHA) Certification.
- PALS (AHA) Certification.
- NIH Stroke Certification.
- CEN/CCRN encouraged.
