Responsibilities
This is a full-time, 36 hours per week, position with full benefits. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
This position also qualifies for a $6k sign on bonus.
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital, Murrieta, California, is a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team and offers unique OB/GYN and NICU services.
- Demonstrates knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identifies dysrhythmias and treats appropriately.
- Accurately assigns triage categories.
- Maintains current knowledge of medications and their administration based on patient age and clinical condition.
- Assists emergency room physician with diagnosis and interventional procedures, including central lines, closed reductions, and advanced airway management.

- One (1) year experience in an acute care Pediatric Emergency facility
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- BSN preferred
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- PALS (AHA) certification
- NIH Stroke Certification
- CEN encouraged
