Registered Nurse; RN - Pediatric​/Emergency - Night Shift

Responsibilities

This is a full-time, 36 hours per week, position with full benefits. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

This position also qualifies for a $6k sign on bonus.

Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital, Murrieta, California, is a 120‑bed acute‑care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team and offers unique OB/GYN and NICU services.

• Demonstrates knowledge of cardiac monitoring, identifies dysrhythmias and treats appropriately.
• Accurately assigns triage categories.
• Maintains current knowledge of medications and their administration based on patient age and clinical condition.
• Assists emergency room physician with diagnosis and interventional procedures, including central lines, closed reductions, and advanced airway management.

• One (1) year experience in an acute care Pediatric Emergency facility
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program
• BSN preferred
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license
• BLS (AHA) certification
• ACLS (AHA) certification
• PALS (AHA) certification
• NIH Stroke Certification
• CEN encouraged
