Responsibilities
Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California is a 120‑bed acute‑care facility that offers the region’s only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children 14 and under) and the only OB/ER program, providing 24/7 on‑site OB/GYN coverage. The hospital’s NICU is operated by Rady Children’s. Registered Nurses play a vital role in delivering excellence in patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing assessments, treatments, and ongoing care for patients throughout the continuum of care—including pain management, invasive line care, and surgical drains.
Staff Registered Nurses adhere to all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies and consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals’ Core Values and mission statement.

Qualifications- One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- BSN preferred
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- ACLS (AHA) certification
- NIH Stroke Certification to be completed by the end of the week of NEO
Employees may be required to float to the other facility within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
