As an essential member of our clinical team, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while being part of a high-performing team committed to excellence.

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays, labs, and EKGs.
• Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications.
• Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
• Triage and manage patients efficiently to maintain a smooth clinic flow with generally 4-5 patients per hour.

• Physician Assistant:
  Medical or Master's degree with a valid state license and national certification.
• Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license.

• Valid, unrestricted medical license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT certification obtained prior to start date (Carbon covers course and exam fees).
• BLS certification required and must be obtained before first day.

Part-time Salary (minimum 2 shifts per week): $61,620 – $85,280 base; $61,620 – $97,219 with productivity bonus.

Full-time Salary (minimum 3 shifts per week): $92,430 – $127,920 base; $92,430 – $163,737 with productivity bonus.

Compensation includes hourly rate, wRVU bonus plan, weekend differential, and factors such as level of education, experience, work history, and geographic location. The Company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws. It provides a total rewards package of compensation plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, learning and development programs, and paid time off.
