Registered Nurse Clinical SupervisorSign‑on bonus: $3,000.
Responsibilities- Provide excellence in patient care, collaborating with the team to meet patient and family needs.
- Assess, treat, and care for patients on assigned unit(s).
- Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies.

- Serve as a resource and leader on the unit(s), demonstrating critical thinking in patient care and flow management.
- Define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to improve patient outcomes.

- Two (2) years of recent department‑specific experience required.
- Charge nurse and supervisory expertise preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
- BSN preferred.
Licensure/Certification s
- Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
- BLS (AHA) Certification
- ACLS (AHA) Certification
- PALS (AHA) Certification
- NIH Stroke Certification
- CEN/CCRN encouraged.
