Mission Healthcare in the Greater Riverside/San Bernardino area is seeking an LVN/LPN to join our hospice team. You will provide direct patient care, document services, and support families in accordance with the care plan. This full-time role follows a 3×12 schedule (8:00am–8:30pm) with a 7-day cycle.
Required are an active LVN/LPN license, at least 1 year of LVN/LPN experience, and current BLS and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also needed.
