Maintain up-to date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources;
Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain, inventory management;
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and assist with production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality;
Stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; provide member service by identifying member needs and assisting with purchases;
Be a brand ambassador, develop and inspire others, and train teammates while adhering to policies and fostering a team-oriented environment.
