Compensation

The hourly rate for this role will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage: $22 - $35 per hour.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customers’ wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise onto the salesfloor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
