Service Advisor

We are hiring a professional Service Advisor who knows how to build trust, educate customers, and confidently recommend the repairs and maintenance their vehicles need. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, strong communication, and the ability to consistently grow sales while maintaining integrity.

At 395 Auto & Performance, you'll be part of a fast-growing, owner-operated shop where high performers are rewarded, customers come first, and every interaction is an opportunity to earn lifelong clients.

As the face of our company, you'll guide customers through the repair process from beginning to end while helping them make informed decisions about their vehicles.

Your responsibilities include:

• Build trust with every customer through honest, transparent communication.
• Present inspections, estimates, and repair recommendations with confidence.
• Follow up on pending estimates and unsold work.
• Maximize every repair opportunity through ethical maintenance recommendations.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders using Tekmetric.
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation on every vehicle.
• Help achieve monthly sales and gross profit goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that creates repeat business and referrals.

We'd love to meet you if you have:

• 3+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience (preferred)
• Strong automotive knowledge
• Experience presenting estimates and closing sales
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy shop
• Computer proficiency (Tekmetric experience is a plus)
• Valid California Driver's License
