Role Description The Membership Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Aliso Viejo, CA. This position is responsible for engaging prospective members, giving facility tours, explaining programs and pricing, and following up with leads to convert inquiries into active memberships. Day-to-day tasks include managing phone, email, and walk-in inquiries, maintaining accurate membership records, and processing new enrollments and renewals.

The specialist will collaborate with coaching staff to understand class offerings, support trial classes and events, and ensure a positive experience for current and prospective members. This role also includes handling basic front desk duties, addressing member questions, and contributing to a professional, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong Membership Sales and Sales skills to convert inquiries into long-term members and meet enrollment goals.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming environment, handle questions, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Clear Communication skills, including confident speaking, active listening, and professional email and phone etiquette.
• Experience supporting Training or educational programs, preferably in fitness, martial arts, or similar membership-based services.
• Ability to work on-site Part-time or full-time in Aliso Viejo, CA, including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Comfort using basic computer systems and CRM or membership management tools.
• High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail in tracking leads and membership data.
• Prior experience in sales, fitness, martial arts, or hospitality environments is beneficial.
