• Compile a list of prospective customers gathered from internet websites, business directories, and local groups such as BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and builder’s associations.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to prospect for new business and continue to grow sales with the current customer base.
• Be prepared to discuss in detail the features and benefits of Glass Doctor’s services.
• Utilize Glass Doctor’s literature, brochures, or flyers when appropriate.
• Enter all pertinent information in Contact Manager to record prospects, existing customers, and activity progress with all accounts.
• Promptly respond to email requests to secure opportunities.
• Maintain open lines of communication with ownership and management.

• Upbeat, positive, and motivating personality with clear, cheerful communication in a voice that customers and peers can easily understand.
• Self‑motivated individual who listens and applies what is heard to move the sale forward.
• High degree of self‑confidence, a driven determination to close sales, and willingness to assume personal responsibility.
• Organized, with outstanding work ethic, honesty, and integrity; professional appearance and personal hygiene appropriate for sales calls.
• Ability to identify additional opportunities to help customers and be viewed as a trusted expert for current and future needs.

• Minimum of high‑school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Five or more years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use standard applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communicator with customers and employees.
• Insurable with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented.

• A mindset that treats glass breakage as a minor issue rather than a safety emergency.
• Unreliable attendance, such as treating Monday mornings as optional.

Pay range: $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
