41034 California Oaks Rd STE B, Murrieta, CA 92562. Salary Range: $17.00 – $19.00 hourly. Full‑time & Part‑time. Hourly + Sales Bonuses.

Work Location:

In person.

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

High school diploma or GED required; or one to two years related experience or training.

Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
