Event Safety & Security Officer

TMV Venues - Fallbrook, CA 92028
Role:
Part Time (North San Diego County)
Pay: $18–$26 per hour

Schedule:

Evenings, Weekends & Holidays
Shift Availability:
Thursday through Sunday

• Monitor guest, vendor, and employee access to event venues
• Patrol indoor and outdoor venue spaces to identify safety or security concerns
• Respond professionally to medical incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and safety violations
• De‑escalate situations while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Work closely with venue management to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Complete detailed incident reports
• Assist with alcohol security and compliance procedures
• Help ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as security or event security
• Minimum of 1 year in a client‑facing service or hospitality role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focus under pressure
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight (8) hours or more in a fast‑paced environment requiring movement
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have active Guard Card
• Must have availability to work Thursday through Sunday
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) language skills preferred
