• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components while ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Conduct safety and performance tests for each system.
• Complete detailed service reports.
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after service.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on customer service, providing clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
• Manage truck inventory levels and perform other daily tasks related to the technical aspects of the job.

• Previous experience in plumbing service.
