Remodeling Carpenter

Are you a carpentry professional ready to turn dreams into reality? Join DHI Builds, Inc., a residential remodeling contractor specializing in bathroom and kitchen remodels, mobile and manufactured home repair, and related projects. This is a full-time Carpenter
- Remodeler position based in Murrieta, CA serving the Riverside and Escondido areas. Compensation ranges from $20 to $32 an hour depending on experience, with opportunities for growth within the company. You will dispatch directly from your home to job sites, with no need to report to a central location.

• Work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule in a hands-on, on-site role
• Dispatch from home to job sites across Murrieta, Riverside, and Escondido
• Perform remodeling tasks including demolition, framing, cabinetry installation, and drywall patching
• Specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels, as well as mobile and manufactured home repairs
• Apply expertise in plumbing, electrical work, tile setting, flooring, carpentry, and related trades to deliver high-quality results
• Work independently, communicate effectively, manage time, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain craftsmanship quality that reflects positively on the company and clients

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, and tile setting
• Proficiency in at least 3 trades
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide own tools and truck
• Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Willingness to work on mobile homes, including leveling services and potential crawling under homes
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

• Experience using Builder Trend project management software
• Experience and skills across multiple trades
