Apprentice Technician

WATER, MOLD, SMOKE, FIRE APPRENTICE

The Mitigation Apprentice will travel to damaged homes or businesses and support the cleanup and restoration of water, mold, smoke, and fire damaged property. The role requires construction experience and proficiency with hand tools.

• Travel to damaged sites to provide cleanup and restoration support.
• Assist with cleanup of water, mold, smoke, and fire damage.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and technical correctness.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety and company procedures.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed.

• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and some nights.
• Strong communication skills.
• Practical experience in general labor/construction.
• Ability to work with other technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of the completed job.
• Ability to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet.
• Motivated to work independently and multi-task.
• Knowledge of DASH, Xactimate or Symbility is a PLUS.
