Greystar seeks a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's physical standards, perform repairs, and complete make-ready tasks to facilitate leasing. The role requires basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical troubleshooting, and strong inspection skills to ensure safety and quality across 330 units in a lease-up setting.
The candidate should have 1–2 years in property maintenance, with preferred experience in lease-ups and familiarity with Yardi or Happy Co.
