Requirements

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Clean background check
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, and mini-split systems
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal system tune-ups
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile technology for job documentation
• Own a complete set of hand tools required for the position
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support fellow technicians
• Committed to ongoing technical and customer service training
