Fairfield Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for Vintara Apartments in Murrieta, CA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues, supervise outside contractors, and ensure safe, clean common areas and amenities.
You’ll schedule preventative maintenance, document inspections, coordinate move-ins/outs, and help with safety, compliance, and inventory.
