Shipping Clerk

Our products are designed for 24/7 operation in harsh environments and its customer base includes universities, national laboratories, and Fortune 100 companies worldwide.

This is a part-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all shipping operations. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and maintaining excellent customer service.

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards
• Generate shipping labels and process orders using carrier systems (e.g., UPS, Fed Ex, DHL)
• Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers
• Verify shipping information, addresses, and order accuracy
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays
• Shipping supplies inventory organization
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Willing to train: entry-level position

organized, detail oriented, computer proficient, ability to lift and move packages (up to 30lbs), ability to stand for extended periods, work well in a small team environment

Part-time, 20 hours weekly

$17.50 - $18.50, depending on experience
