Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and tracking outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all shipping operations. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards
- Generate shipping labels and process orders using carrier systems (e.g., UPS, Fed Ex, DHL)
- Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with shipping carriers
- Verify shipping information, addresses, and order accuracy
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays
- Shipping supplies inventory organization
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Willing to train: entry-level position
Skillsorganized, detail oriented, computer proficient, ability to lift and move packages (up to 30lbs), ability to stand for extended periods, work well in a small team environment
Job TypePart-time, 20 hours weekly
Compensation$17.50 - $18.50, depending on experience
