Customer Service Specialist

Express is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a Tax Services Organization in Murrysville. Positions also available at the Penn Hills location.

Do you enjoy helping customers and solving problems in a professional office environment? We look for a specialist to assist taxpayers with account inquiries, payment processing, and administrative support. The role involves in‑person interactions and phone support while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service.

Job Duties:

• Assist walk‑in customers with account and tax‑related inquiries
• Answer incoming calls and provide support regarding account information and services
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Update customer information and establish new accounts as needed
• Document detailed account notes and customer interactions
• Research account information and resolve customer concerns
• Assist with office operations and end‑of‑day administrative tasks
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliability
• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications
• Excellent communication, research, and problem‑solving skills
• Spanish‑speaking abilities are a plus
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
