Position Overview

Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, getting clients to explore PNC solutions.
- Create customer loyalty and grow the customer’s share of wallet through differentiated experiences.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in daily branch operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction.
- Managing Risk – Assess and manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities, supporting PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in a Personal Banker role.
