As a Chaplain, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Worship Leadership:
  Lead and facilitate community worship services across the continuum of care. The Chaplain serves as the primary worship leader when outside clergy are unavailable, ensuring consistent spiritual services on Sundays and major holidays.
• Direct Spiritual Care:
  Provide high-quality spiritual support and visitation to residents within their living spaces and public areas, honoring their individual belief systems and traditions.
• Community Integration:
  Welcome new residents to Redstone by introducing them to our spiritual life programs and helping them integrate into the community.
• Interdisciplinary
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work alongside clinical and life enrichment teams to communicate spiritual concerns and ensure a holistic approach to resident wellness.
• Staff & Family Support:
  Act as a spiritual resource for family members and employees, offering guidance and comfort during times of grief or personal crisis.

• To be a duly ordained minister, lay pastor, or deacon.
• Masters of Divinity degree or equivalent endorsement by the denominational body.
• Two units of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education).
• Ability to lead liturgical services and administer sacraments. Must be available to lead services on holidays as needed.
