Co‑op – AI and Business Architecture Job Description

Opportunity for undergrad or grad students to gain hands‑on experience in health tech. 6‑month co‑op located in Murrysville, PA or Cambridge, MA. Support business functions and introduce AI to improve processes.

Key focus areas:

• Adoption of AI into daily activities across business functions.
• Support organization and maintenance of business architecture and process flow artifacts.

• Coordinate and manage AI initiatives, handling request intake from multiple business functions, maintaining visibility, tracking progress and ensuring communication.
• Collaborate with Technology Partner to translate business problems into technical terms, assist requesters with solution testing.
• Develop adoption indicators and run management model reviewing initiative status, adoption and costs.
• Organize and maintain MIRO‑based business architecture materials, identify white‑space opportunities.
• Document technical architecture supporting S&RC business processes, assist with everyday departmental activities.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a technical field.
• Understand AI concepts and can translate business needs to technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Prior internship or co‑op experience preferred.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and eagerness to learn industry tools.
• Physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements satisfied.

Office‑based role, 5 days per week onsite. Field roles conducted off‑site at customer or supplier locations. This position requires full‑time presence in company facilities.

Hourly pay:
Bachelor Level $24–36;
Master’s Level $33–46, plus overtime eligible.
