    • You build, not just spec. You can translate your designs into functional prototypes that demonstrate real interactions, helping developers, stakeholders, and users understand intent and experience ideas before committing to development.
    • Systems thinking. You can hold the full product architecture in your head, understanding how a design change in one area impacts the broader ecosystem of connected devices, apps, and clinical workflows.
    • Storytelling. You can convey your concepts to end users, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates how you have used AI fluency to improve and accelerate designs, workflows and interactions - whether through rapid prototyping, generative exploration, or shipping features faster. And fluency in design tools like Figma and Miro.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is an office role.
