Inspection
Activities:
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) on components and assemblies. Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using standard inspection equipment. Verify products against engineering drawings and specifications. Record inspection results accurately. Identify and document non-conforming products. Documentation & Quality Records:
Prepare and compile FAI documentation packages. Review inspection reports, dimensional reports, material certifications, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and test reports. Support PPAP documentation preparation. Assist APQP documentation activities. Maintain quality records within QMS, ERP, or PLM systems. Support engineering change documentation.
