Job Title: Software Development Engineer

Location: Murrysville, Pennsylvania (On‑Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to participate in the full software development lifecycle for high‑quality medical device applications. Our team is focused on driving continuous improvement, technical excellence, and efficient solutions that support innovative healthcare technology.

• Participate in the complete software development process, including pair programming to meet rigorous product requirements and standards.
• Integrate software components and third‑party libraries, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal disruption to existing systems.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality, adherence to coding standards, and constructive peer collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define, develop, and deliver new features and system optimizations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or minimum 3 years’ prior experience required with a Master’s Degree) in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing, and Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in firmware design and development for embedded applications using C or C++.
• Experience in the medical industry or another highly regulated environment, including software configuration management with Git Hub, hardware‑domain collaboration, and quality documentation aligned with medical device standards.
