- Proficient in both written and verbal Arabic and English
- Strong Communication

Your contribution to our company
As a Junior Site Administrator you support the smooth operation of a construction site by managing documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly commercial site reports, including timesheets, progress reports, invoices, debit notes, inter-site debit notes, and site cash records.
- Manage and organize all construction-related documentation such as contracts, permits, and project plans.
- Assist in preparing project status reports and presentations for the Site Commercial Manager and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Provide administrative support to the site team as needed.
- Supervise office clerks, document controllers, camp in-charges, and storekeepers.
- Support the Accounting Department with monthly and yearly financial closing activities
