Role OverviewWe are seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Muscat office. This on-site role focuses on administrative coordination, customer service, and ensuring efficient office operations within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Provide professional front-office and customer support
- Manage phone calls and internal communication
- Oversee office equipment, supplies, and general coordination
- Support the wider team with operational tasks as required
- Experience in office administration or coordination
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior experience is an advantage
