Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Meetings:
Arrange and manage meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. - Maintain Project Documentation:
Organize and update project documents, such as plans, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. - Track Project Budget:
Assist in tracking project expenses, monitoring budget variances, and preparing budget reports. - Manage Project Communications:
Help facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Assist in Project Planning:
Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. - Support Task Assignments:
Help assign tasks to team members and track their progress. - Coordinate Resources:
Assist in the procurement and allocation of necessary resources, such as equipment, software, and personnel. - Monitor Project Progress:
Help track project progress against the plan and identify potential roadblocks. - Identify and Log Issues:
Help identify and log project issues and risks. - Assist in Risk Mitigation:
Support the implementation of risk mitigation plans. - Track and Resolve Issues:
Help track and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in Quality Control:
Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. - Support Testing
Activities:
Assist in coordinating and conducting testing activities.
- Maintain Stakeholder Relationships:
Help build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. - Communicate Project Updates:
Assist in communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana. - Technical Aptitude:
Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies. - Problem Solving and Analytical
Skills:
Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems effectively.
