Job Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally at the reception.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to sales and leasing.
  • Coordinate property viewing schedules and appointments.
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
  • Assist sales and leasing teams with administrative support.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Requirements
  • 3 years experience as a receptionist in a real estate company in Qatar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic - preferred.
  • Experience:

    3 years (Oman real estate experience mandatory).
