Muscat Elite is an exciting new private members’ club launching in Oman in 2026. First of its kind in the region, the club offers members exclusive access to a curated collection of six iconic luxury vehicles over a three-year membership, including Ferrari, Rolls‑Royce, Bentley, and Aston Martin.

, will be a private haven for members only—offering elegant spaces to work, meet, relax, socialise, enjoy food and drink, play pool, or unwind with a cigar.
We are seeking an experienced and polished Clubhouse Manager to oversee the pre‑opening, launch, and day‑to‑day operations of the Muscat Elite clubhouse.
Reporting directly to the Founder, this role is central to delivering an exceptional, discreet, and premium member experience while ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the club.
This is a full‑time, Muscat‑based role
, requiring flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Support the Founder in preparing the clubhouse for opening
- Assist with the clubhouse fit‑out project
- Recruit and build a high‑calibre hospitality team
- Train staff to deliver exceptional, personalised service
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Develop and document operational procedures
- Source and manage premium suppliers
- Coordinate full operational readiness across staffing, facilities, and suppliers
- Assist with planning and executing a prestigious launch event
- Ensure all operations align with Muscat Elite brand standards
- Oversee daily clubhouse operations
- Maintain impeccable standards of service, presentation, and discretion
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational matters
- Coordinate maintenance, suppliers, and inventory
- Drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Support delivery of exclusive member events and private functions
- Ensure events are operationally seamless and brand‑aligned
- Liaise with partners and external suppliers
- Gather and act on member feedback
- Deliver a consistently first‑class member experience
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and retention
- Act as trusted operational support to the Founder
- Assist with budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships
- Support compliance and licensing requirements
- Continuously improve systems and operational processes
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or private members’ clubs
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing teams and external suppliers
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Pre‑opening or launch experience
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
- Events and/or F&B operations experience
- Hands‑on and proactive
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Polished, service‑driven, and detail‑oriented
- Trustworthy, adaptable, and commercially aware
