The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Partnership Executive to join our GCC team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and enhance our offerings. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities, contributing directly to Noon’s expansion in the region.
Key responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with Noon’s strategic objectives.
- Establish, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands, suppliers, and service providers across the GCC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and optimize partnership strategies for maximum impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential growth opportunities.
- Assist in creating partnership proposals, presentations, and business cases for senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with the GCC market and business landscape is a plus.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
