The Role
As theHead of Growthat Phaze Ro , you will be the primary architect of our expansion. This is a high-impact leadership position that sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and delivery. - Business Development:
Proactivelyidentifyand secure new high-value projects. You will own the full sales cycle frominitialprospecting and high-level pitching to closing complex deals. - Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap thatidentifiesnew industries, service offerings, and geographic markets forPhaze
Ro. - Pipeline Management:
Oversee the CRM and sales funnel to ensure high conversion rates andaccuraterevenue forecasting for the leadership team. - Cross-Functional Alignment:
Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that new projects arefeasible, profitable, and meet the client’s expectations from day one. - Partnership Building:
Develop strategic alliances and referral networks that position
