Our client, a large distribution company, is seeking a Sales Director, based in Muscat, to lead and grow sales across the Omani market.
You will own the full sales agenda, drive revenue growth, manage distributor relationships, and ensure execution excellence across channels.
The role requires a hands-on, strategic leader capable of building high-performing teams, optimising route-to-market models, and delivering measurable commercial results.
The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit- Must have significant FMCG experience with large-scale operations.
- Must have a proven track record in sales leadership within the Omani market.
- Strong experience managing and developing sales teams to achieve targets.
- Deep understanding of distributor management, channel strategy, and trade execution.
- Commercially savvy with strong negotiation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic, results-driven, and able to operate in a fast-paced market.
This is a high-impact role for someone who must have direct distribution experience in FMCG and a strong understanding of the Oman market, with the ability to lead sales growth and execution from Muscat.
