We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Officer to support our operations by coordinating between departments, standardizing recipes, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
Responsibilities- Coordinate closely between Operations
, R&D, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment - Act as a key liaison between the COO
, Operations team, and all departments for R&D-related matters - Ensure all approved recipes for all brands are accurately uploaded, updated, and maintained in the system
- Support recipe standardization, documentation, and version control across brands
- Ensure consistency and compliance with approved recipes and operational standards
- Assist in new product development, trials, and implementation in coordination with Operations
- Monitor and follow up on recipe updates, changes, and approvals
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to R&D activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in R&D, food operations, or a similar coordination role is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and senior management
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office and data management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
