Role Summary

Key Responsibilities- Act as a critical liaison between Trade Finance Operations, Business stakeholders, and Technology teams
- Drive comprehensive process reviews and workflow enhancements
- Support trade-related projects from design through implementation
- Translate complex requirements into clear business and functional specifications
- Collaborate on system upgrades, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations
- Strong expertise in Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Documentary Collections
- Proven background in business analysis, project management, or process change
- Advanced analytical skills with solutions-oriented problem-solving approach
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Mandarin language skills
- Experience working with North Asia teams
