About the Company

Dollar is a franchised operation owned by the prestigious A.A.Al Moosa Enterprises, under the license of Corniche Cars LLC, since 2004.

Role Overview

The Revenue Executive is responsible for supporting revenue optimization strategies across Dollar Car Rental’s fleet by analyzing pricing, demand, utilization, and market trends. The role focuses on maximizing revenue, improving fleet yield, and supporting commercial decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily rental rates, fleet utilization, and booking trends to maximize revenue.
  • Support pricing strategies across retail, corporate, online, and partner channels.
  • Analyze demand patterns, seasonal trends, and competitor pricing to recommend rate adjustments.
  • Track revenue performance KPIs including RPD, utilization, ADR, and fleet yield.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations to align pricing and availability.
  • Handle reservations and encode bookings from various suppliers
  • Prepare regular revenue, pricing, and performance reports for management review.
  • Identify revenue leakage, low-yield segments, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support promotional campaigns and special offers from a revenue impact perspective.
  • Assist in fleet allocation and utilization planning across branches.
  • Ensure accuracy of rates and packages across booking platforms and systems.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Atleast 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Prior exposure to car rental, automotive, travel, hospitality, or fleet-based businesses is preferred
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies, demand patterns, and revenue optimization concepts
  • Ability to analyze market trends and support data-driven commercial decisions
  • Strong attention to detail with good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational environment
