As our new Customer Service Executive – Supply Chain, you’ll be part of a team… where we Know the business, Flow with precision, and Grow together. You will work closely with highly dedicated colleagues in a market where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline‑obsessed are part of everyday work.
How will you make an impact in this role?- Manage and oversee daily order processing across Oman E2E, ensuring smooth delivery flow
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service‑Logistics, 3PL, Accounts and Category Development
- Ensure 100% delivery fulfillment (On Time In Full – OTIF)
- Utilize system skills in SAP S4
HANA, Sales Force Automation, and Excel to track and analyze logistics data, generate reports, and provide valuable insights to support decision‑making - Leverage Power BI and SAP BW Reporting tools to create and present comprehensive reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Demonstrate proficiency in Sales Force Automation (SFA) to enhance logistics processes and drive operational efficiency
- Take ownership of delivery performance, closely monitoring key metrics and proactively addressing any deviations or issues
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on logistics activities, providing accurate and up‑to‑date information to stakeholders
- Play an active role in waste control initiatives, coordinating efforts with the relevant teams to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
- Coordinate with customs clearance teams to ensure timely processing of shipments
- Strong interest in AI‑driven digital working methods and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Supply Chain, Economics)
- You are detail‑oriented, thrive under pressure and deadlines, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are a self‑starter, a team player, and possess a passionate, outgoing personality with excellent networking skills
- You are structured and have a proven track record of working effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Strong presentation and communication skills
