Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Sales Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and increase revenue for boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the boutique’s market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Explore partnerships, collaborations, and new revenue streams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals effectively.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand positioning.
- Support overall business strategy and continuous growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in boutique retail or hospitality sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic an advantage.
