- Work Experience 3-5 years in F&B procurement, preferably in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or catering operations.

Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, operating supplies, and services required for smooth F&B operations.
Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing
- Maintain approved supplier lists, price agreements, product specifications, and supplier evaluations.
Purchasing Operations
- Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, issue LPOs, and track deliveries.
- Ensure purchases match approved specifications, quality standards, budgets, and operational needs.
Cost & Quality Control
- Work with operations, chefs, cost control, and stores to monitor prices, quality, wastage, and availability.
Stock Coordination
- Coordinate with storekeeper on stock levels, reorder points, expiry dates, slow-moving items, and emergency needs.
- Prevent stock-outs for critical menu items while avoiding overstocking.
Compliance & Records
- Resolve delivery shortages, returns, credit notes, and quality complaints with suppliers.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
